Rescue Squad Park

Our newest park is a collaboration between the Denver/Lake Norman Rotary Club and Lincoln County Parks and Recreation. Rescue Squad Park includes a picnic shelter, multi-purpose field, and playground. The picnic shelter is available for reservations at times not designated for recreation programs/public use. Reservations can be made for 2 hour blocks and can be made by contacting Lincoln County Parks and Recreation at 704.483.8980 during the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm.

Beatty’s Ford Park

This park includes a picnic shelter, disc golf, a walking trail, a volleyball court, horseshoe pits, a splash park area (open 10am-7pm), two children's playgrounds, and an amphitheater. For more information, contact the Recreation Department at (704) 748-1518. If you are interested in reserving the picnic shelter, please call to confirm availability.
East Lincoln Park

Located next to the East Lincoln Community Center, this park’s facilities include two softball fields, a multi-purpose field, horseshoe pits and a picnic shelter. For more information, contact East Lincoln Community Center at (704) 483-8980.
Mountain Creek Park (Catawba County)
Located on the northwestern tip of Lake Norman in Sherrills Ford, this 606-acre park features an extensive 19.52-mile multi-use trail network designed to optimize mountain biking and a host of other amenities including an adventure playground, a mountain bike skills course and tool stations, pickleball courts, a dog park, fishing pier, canoe/kayak launch, an outdoor classroom, an observation platform, picnic shelters and a paved ADA-accessible trail that winds through a quiet cove.
Mountain biking is at the heart of Mountain Creek Park. Along with dedicated bike-only trails and endless route combinations, Mountain Creek Park has quickly become a regional mountain biking destination.
